I built Unsnag not because I had all the answers — but because I had all the knowledge and still felt stuck. I’d done the therapy. Read the books. Taken the courses. I had insight, self-awareness, certifications. But when life got loud, the same old blocks and patterns crept back in.

I was constantly second-guessing myself — quietly insecure, even when things looked “fine.” I thought other people’s discomfort was my fault to manage. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Trying to fix it all was an exhausting, losing game.

So much of my life looked like “being good” — overthinking, overfunctioning, pleasing, anticipating, bracing, apologizing. But beneath it, I was just stuck in loops I couldn’t shake.
